Wilton Course1 (C1) - Fundamentals and Basic Cake Decorating Including the Wilton
Rose; 4 – 2 hour sessions Wilton Course2 (C2) - Borders, Basket Weave and More Flowers. Build on skills from
C1; 4 – 2 hour sessions Wilton Course3 (C3) - Fondant & Tiered Cakes. Build on skills from C1; 4 – 2
hour sessions Wilton Fondant and Gum Paste (FG) - Learn Varied Fondant Techniques & Gum Paste Flowers; 4 –
2 hour sessions Wilton Candy – Candy Making Demonstration Wilton Project – Candy / Fondant; 2 hours Wilton Kids – Cupcake Class; 2 hours Wilton Gum Paste Flowers (GPF) Create various Gum Paste Flowers; Rose, Carnation, Daisy, Lily of the Valley, Sweet Pea, Apple Blossom, Calla Lily; usually 3 or 4 – 2 hour sessions ADDITIONAL CLASSES Baby Block Cake - Decorate square cakes to resemble baby
